THE HOME IS RENTED

We rented the home this past week and the new tenants started moving in on Saturday, January 30th.
The family renting the home are real nice and both the wife and husband are in professional jobs. She works for the State of Utah in the Department of Human Services as a child Psychologist. He works in downtown Salt Lake in one of the local legal firms.
The renters have three medium size dogs and they want to fence in the back yard so the dogs will have a place to run. They are removing the lower patio door and putting in a new door one with a pet entrance in it.
The renters, Daren and Tiffany, are expecting a baby sometime in the next two months so the home will be well used and hopefully well loved.
We found out from our real estate agent, the day after the renter papers were signed, they had a buyer who wanted to move in right away. Well that is about how things have been going with our home there.
Daren signed the lease to go through April of 2011, and if the housing market has begun its recovery we may put it back up for sale at that time. Only time will tell. Just wish us luck.
